There is so much to be grateful for as we begin 2013. I am seeing very positive signs of appreciation in our real estate market, buyers looking for just the right property because they want to move here from all over the country, and some very positive changes beginning to happen around the City of Paso Robles.
Commercial businesses are expanding their workforce, new retail businesses are opening up, one winery is expanding it’s offerings to include an outdoor amphitheater which is currently under construction and another winery is renovating an historic structure at the edge of town into a lovely tasting room.
A very large new destination will be under construction this year and will include 225 guest rooms, 5,000 sq feet of conference space, fine dining and more. The City has plans to begin repaving some of the roads around the area and that shows that the budget, tightened for the recession, is letting out its belt a bit.
Plus, Paso Robles was recently listed by a travel company as one of the top 10 places for families to visit for a vacation.
The sun is shining, Winter is definitely here with freezing temperatures at night, but that’s one of the reasons we don’t have as many insects to bother us here in the Summer.
Always expect the best!
